Unfortunately, with traditional methods it is difficult to get a true gauge of how successfully you are reaching people. It can take a long time, even months to see how effective your message has been, and in the meantime, a great deal of energy and resources may be wasted. Furthermore, the timing of your message can be affected by all kinds of factors, and because you can’t plan for all of them the relevance of your message can be affected. Traditional methods don’t allow you me make quick adjustments to your message to keep it as relevant and timely as possible.
